METCO is a local, minority woman-owned engineering consulting firm. We are AASHTO R18-accredited, U.S. Corp, and ODOT Certified. We offer over 150 years of combined educational and practical experience to not only meet your needs but EXCEED.

METCO in the Making!

Growing up in Jordan, surrounded by a family of engineers, was the framework for Nasir to attend the University in Oklahoma! Previously his uncle had attended OU in 1964, giving him the insight to come to Oklahoma and focus on his studies with little distraction.

Nasir completed his BS in Civil Engineering and moved on to complete his Master's degree at OU. There he met his wife and business partner, Anna.

Over the course of time, Nasir had amazing opportunities to travel and use his degree in his career field leading to many years of knowledge along the way. He has worked on projects in numerous states and as far away as Lithuania.

While working in Arizona, METCO started as a thought and turned into reality. With the help and support of Anna and many others, Nasir and Anna made the decision to open METCO. What better place than right here in Oklahoma, where it all began.

In 2002 METCO opened the doors and has since grown to over 30 employees with 4 engineers on staff. With the support of amazing clients and employees, the company maintains the quality and integrity it was built on all those years ago.
