Anniversary Incentives

5-Year Milestone

  • $500 cash incentive

10-Year Milestone

  • $5,500 travel package: $3,500 toward travel, $2,000 spending money, and an extra paid work week off 

  • Must take a trip to receive $3,500 travel payment and additional week off; otherwise, only $2,000 incentive

15-Year Milestone

  • $7,500 travel package: $4,500 toward travel, $3,000 spending money, and an additional paid week off

  • Must take a trip to receive $4,500 travel payment and additional week off; otherwise, only $3,000 incentive.

20-Year Milestone

  • $10,000 travel package: $5,000 toward travel, $5,000 spending money, and additional paid week off (5 days)

  • Must take a trip to receive 5000.00 travel payment and week off. Otherwise, only 4000.00 cash and no additional week.

Vacation Policy:

Maximum Annual Vacation: 3 weeks for hourly and 4 weeks for salaried employees
